Phoenix Golf Edge Residences

The design creates an experiential landscape commencing from the driveway lined with pier pavilions. It is designed as a social corridor that provides opportunities for social interaction within the community. The refurbishment at the podium creates different outdoor rooms for the residents. Further, the enclosed deck creates intimate spaces for interaction without invading the privacy of the neighboring units. The linear axis of the podium leading from the children’s play area culminates with a lounging area at the Barbeque Pavilion.
