Olympia Tech Park

The design for the campus refurbishment envisions to create a modern, sophisticated landscape with refined colour and material palette. The central plaza is the desired movement corridor within the site. Covered seating and waiting areas activate the promenade leading to the three main lobbies within the building.

The entrance experience is accentuated by the babbling water features while local sculptural art pieces provide rhythmic accents and meaningful focal elements. Distinct contrast of textures in the softscape create picturesque views. The ecological water management solutions to address flooding inspired the design and choice of materials of the central plaza.
