This ambitious Master Plan Concept for the SIPCOT, Chennai campus, is strategically driven by the need to consolidate and facilitate business expansion. The grand vision encompasses a total of 25,000 production seats, spanning across all proposed phases. Phase 1 features two office towers accommodating 10,000 individuals, each boasting a dedicated drop-off point and a vibrant retail promenade. In Phase 2, a single tower will be tailored to house 6,600 occupants, equipped with its own exclusive drop-off area and augmented by supplementary retail amenities, further enhancing the campus' functionality and appeal.
